Best Best & Krieger LLP is seeking a Pursuits and Proposals Specialist to lead assigned proposals from intake through submission, partnering with attorneys and business professionals. The role requires strong writing, strategic thinking and project management in a fast-paced environment.

The position emphasizes client-focused content, meticulous accuracy, and collaboration across Marketing, Pricing and other teams to win new business for a nationwide client base. Remote work options available.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience writing and managing RFP/RFI/RFQ in legal or professional services.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Experience with Foundation or proposal development platforms.
• Significant PowerPoint and presentation development experience.
• Experience coaching attorneys for competitive interviews and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Own pursuits through full proposal lifecycle from intake to submission and follow-up.
• Analyze requirements; manage compliance matrices and project schedules.
• Lead kickoff and strategy discussions with alignment on client needs and win themes.
• Draft and edit tailored content; translate complex information for clients.
• Prepare attorneys for interviews; coach on presentation structure and visuals.
• Maintain proposal content and templates in Foundation; track metrics in Asana.
