Precision Medicine Group is expanding across LATAM and North America and seeks a Proposals Associate to build and manage proposals and change orders for clinical studies. You will support clinical teams, ensure timely delivery, and maintain records and budgets across multiple regions.

The role requires strong writing, budgeting, and organizational skills, with proficiency in Excel and MS Office. Travel may be required as needed and the position is remote across international locations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree or 1 year experience in proposal development in life sciences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail oriented with a focus on quality.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and judgment.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the entire proposal preparation process to meet timelines across Phase I–Phase IV studies or services.
• Review client materials and disseminate information to project teams and sales leads.
• Identify information gaps and translate requirements into proposals and budgets.
• Coordinate proposal kickoff strategy meetings and draft customized proposal text.
• Develop full budgets using Excel-based costing tools and map to client grids.
• Negotiate with partners and vendors during proposal development.
• Prepare change orders and support budget justification for ongoing studies.
• Communicate with clients to support delivery of changes and adjustments.
• Maintain departmental records and internal/intercompany reporting including budgeted studies.
