Job summary

Ethos is seeking heads of capture with 5+ years leading RFI and RFP responses for public-sector contracts. You will help train an AI model to generate professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for government opportunities.

Fully remote, flexible 5-20 hours per week with ASAP start. Compensation is $100 per hour. Ideal candidates own compliance matrices, past-performance narratives, and capture plans for competitive solicitations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading RFI and RFP responses for public-sector or government contracting opportunities
• Direct ownership of compliance matrices, past-performance narratives, and capture plans for competitive government solicitations
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
