Cayuse Holdings in Maine seeks a Proposal Coordinator to lead the development of timely, high-quality proposals for government opportunities from Augusta. You will work with Managers and Business Development to craft introductions, overviews, project approaches, and cover letters while managing the entire proposal lifecycle.

The role requires a four-year degree with federal proposal experience, Shipley process mastery, and strong writing and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of proposal writing experience preferred.
• Alternate: 2-year degree or 7+ years in business/government environments.
• Federal government proposal experience required.
• Shipley or equivalent proposal process expertise.
• Ability to read RFPs/RFQs/RFIs and identify opportunities.
• Background check will be required.

Responsabilidades

• Create proposal layout, formatting, and design for government requirements.
• Draft sections such as introduction, overview, and project approach.
• Manage the entire proposal process from capture to final production.
• Coordinate with subs and prime contractors for data gathering.
• Navigate procurement websites to identify opportunities.
• Provide weekly status updates to executive leadership.
• Ensure documents meet Cayuse standards and branding.
• Assist with market materials and presentations as needed.
