Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in Large Property loss control, risk assessment, or Highly Protected Risk (HPR) environments or related experience.
• Certifications such as CFPS, CSP, or equivalent preferred.
• Strong emphasis on hazard identification skills, emphasizing property in the Middle Market, Large Account and Specialty space.

Responsibilities

• Performs detailed physical inspections of commercial accounts and high-hazard properties to evaluate Property risk exposures and controls.
• Assesses exposures related to special hazards, fire protection, CAT exposures, crime, and liability risks.
• Evaluate life safety systems, fire protection equipment, and building construction and integrity.
