Berkley One, a modern personal insurance provider, seeks a Property Risk Consultant to advise affluent homeowners via on-site and virtual risk assessments, educating clients, and tailoring loss prevention strategies. This fully remote role services accounts across Texas; candidates should reside near Dallas or Austin.

You will validate property characteristics, develop replacement cost estimates, escalate underwriting concerns, and partner with underwriters and brokers to improve risk quality.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years in risk management, loss control, underwriting, or related property risk.
• Strong ability to identify property loss exposures and provide loss prevention recommendations.
• Proficiency with e2Value or similar valuation platforms.

Mansioni

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for high-value homes to identify exposures.
• Evaluate risks from water damage, fire, severe weather, and other common exposures.
• Deliver tailored loss prevention recommendations to reduce loss severity.
• Educate clients on risks and mitigation options to support informed decisions.
• Validate property characteristics and develop replacement cost estimates for underwriting.
• Collaborate with brokers, clients, and service providers to implement risk measures.
