Job summary

AON is seeking a Senior Property Risk Control Consultant for our Property Consulting Group. This virtual role involves conducting property risk surveys and supporting clients with natural catastrophe analyses.

The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years experience in HPR insurance, possess strong communication skills, and manage client relationships effectively. A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and a 401(k) plan is offered.

Qualifications

• 3 to 10 years with a Highly Protected Risk insurance carrier or vendor.
• Technically proficient in evaluating fire protection systems.
• Must be physically fit and able to climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property risk control surveys and develop underwriting reports.
• Complete Nat Cat surveys and analyze flood exposures.
• Coordinate vendor RFPs and manage client relationships.

Skills

HPR property engineering experience

Knowledge of NFPA standards

Knowledge of Factory Mutual standards

Understanding property insurance policy terms

Excellent communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering
