The role involves hybrid remote work in Sherman Oaks, CA, with a 25‑mile drive radius; duties span business development and leasing, including rapid prospecting, closing deals, and negotiating leases.

The candidate should have a California real‑estate license, own transportation, and be ready to attend 1–3 meetings per day.

• Take 3‑D Matterport virtual tour.
• Negotiate with landlords to rent the property quickly.
• Conduct move‑in inspection.
