Rosano Property Mgmt in Los Angeles seeks a charismatic Leasing Director to lead and manage an apartment building. You will drive occupancy, recruit residents, and cultivate a growth-oriented community.

You will coordinate tours, applications, and move-ins, collaborate with maintenance, and help shape an inclusive, vibrant living environment. 3+ years in Real Estate/Property Management preferred; Real estate Agent license preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Real Estate/Property Management experience
• Real estate Agent license preferred

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain marketing campaign to ensure 100% building occupancy
• Coordinate inquiry calls, tours, and applications processes for prospective residents
• Continuously enhance the community through individual and group conversations, mediations, and conflict-resolution
• Coordinate with maintenance crew on all matters relating to the physical building
• Conduct move in and move out inspections
• Develop and manage social media and marketing campaigns, as needed
