Qualifications

• Experience adjusting personal and commercial lines claims.
• Field adjuster experience including writing estimates preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, prepare complete scope and report on personal and commercial lines property losses.
• Extensive personal contact with insureds, legal representatives and customer agents.
• Operate independently with limited supervision to handle a high volume of claims within assigned authority.
• Follow estimating guidelines and adhere to field adjuster turnaround times.
• May be deployed for CAT events with eligible CAT pay.
