Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in property insurance claims, property damage claims, mortgage servicing, or property preservation preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a full workload independently.
• Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research, obtain, and supply documentation to support property damage claims; file notices of claims.
• Coordinate with brokers and carrier adjusters to ensure timely inspections.
• Update client systems with information to move claims forward for the adjuster.
• Obtain insurer acknowledgments and respond to calls to resolve issues.
• Review BPOs and inspection reports for damage; prioritize tasks.
• Provide high level customer service to clients throughout the process.
