Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Six (6) years of claims experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Thorough knowledge of claims management processes and procedures; strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the property claims team and several technical operations colleagues; manages workload and performance.
• Provides technical/jurisdictional direction to examiner reports on claims adjudication.
• Monitors claims performance, analyzes management reports, and ensures quality control and compliance.
• Acts as second level of appeal for client and claimant issues; implements final disposition of appeals.
• Maintains contact with clients and provides written summaries of claims as requested.
