Qualifications

• Must have valid state driver's license in good standing.
• Prefer 5 years claims experience in Commercial and Personal Lines.
• College degree preferred.
• Knowledge of standard claims software and estimating tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle property/inland marine claims for assigned region with travel within territory (approx. 75%).
• Evaluate and settle damages between $25,000 and $100,000 (aggregate).
• Investigate claims, obtain documentation, and settle within authority and standards.
• Join corporate catastrophe team and serve as initial responder for catastrophe events.
• Provide coverage and estimating support to CMS as needed.
• Must be able to drive an automobile to travel within territory.
