Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections and assessments for residential and commercial claims.
• Collaborate with policyholders, agents, and others to gather information and resolve claims.
• Interact with concerned parties as needed during inspections or resolutions.
• Provide customer service throughout the claims process and address inquiries promptly.
• Gather evidence, document findings, and prepare detailed reports.
• Investigate and adjust personal and commercial property claims up to $500,000 exposure.
• Evaluate coverage and terms to determine claim validity and compliance.
• Negotiate and settle claims within authorized limits per policy and standards.
