• Communicate with policyholders, agents, and insureds about claim status and decisions.
• Document claim notes and manage the investigation process from start to finish.
• Conduct in-person inspections when required by claim type or severity.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and experts to complete investigations and resolutions.
• Issue loss and expense payments within authority and maintain check procedures.
