This remote role serves policyholders, clients, agents, and partners across the United States, with a focus on quality, timely claim resolutions, and strong service delivery. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of claims or related experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage a remote caseload from a home office.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of insurance claims or related experience.
• Residence in North Carolina or South Carolina, or adjacent state; remote work possible.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based claim systems.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to ethical business practices.
• Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home workspace.
