Job summary

A3 Consulting LLC is seeking a Project Analyst to support schedule-integrated risk management, dependency tracking, bottleneck analysis, and resource feasibility assessments for a federal mission-support engagement.

You’ll identify emerging risks, structure complex information, and prepare concise decision-support products to help leadership understand tradeoffs, impacts, and recommended actions, with an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of federal management analysis, risk management, or PMO support.
• Experience maintaining risk registers, dependency trackers, or issue logs.
• Familiarity with schedule risk, resource planning, and federal governance.
• Ability to produce concise, well-structured decision-support materials.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrated risk, dependency, bottleneck, action, and issue tracking.
• Link risks to milestones, owners, due dates, mitigation paths, and decisions.
• Analyze policy, staffing, funding, and governance risks.
• Prepare feasibility summaries, decision-support memoranda, and risk briefings.
• Coordinate with schedule and reporting teams to align risk and schedule posture.
• Support governance meetings with risk summaries and action updates.
• Maintain traceability of artifacts to approved source information.
