Veritas Partners is seeking a full-time Project Manager to lead turnkey PV and battery storage projects, coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders to meet safety, quality, schedule, and financial targets.

The role offers a base salary of $155,000 to $165,000 with a 25% annual bonus target, strong benefits, and significant growth potential; domestic travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction and project management experience with utility-scale solar EPC.
• Experience managing complex solar and battery storage projects.
• BS in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Ability to travel domestically within the US.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, control and close out turnkey PV and battery storage projects.
• Serve as main client and stakeholder contact with clear, timely communications to management and key stakeholders.
• Create and manage budgets; support cost reduction efforts and cost reviews.
• Develop and manage project schedules; track process, forecast dates, and mitigate problems.
• Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies based on project understanding.
• Coordinate design, permitting, procurement, contracting, and field construction activities.
