Job summary

Veritas Partners is seeking a highly analytical Senior Analyst to support the structuring and execution of project finance transactions for a growing US renewable energy developer. The role covers underwriting assumptions through capital raises, closing, and post-closing compliance to support a portfolio of utility-scale solar and BESS projects.

Base salary ranges from $115,000 to $125,000 with a 25% annual bonus target, and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, engineering, or other quantitative field.
• 2–4 years of experience in energy infrastructure investing or project finance transactions.
• Experience financing standalone or co-located battery storage; knowledge of tax equity structures.

Responsibilities

• Support debt and tax equity capital raising and transaction execution for solar and storage projects.
• Build and manage financial models reflecting debt, tax equity, and equity terms.
• Prepare and review marketing materials, term sheets, and closing deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams for due diligence and post-closing activities.
