Job summary

Vivant seeks a proactive Project Manager to lead a team of Project Coordinators and drive end-to-end delivery of VoIP, ISP, and network projects across clients in the United States. You will provide leadership, coaching, and accountability, manage timelines, and serve as the escalation point for stakeholders, with a focus on ownership and high-impact delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience supervising a team or direct reports.
• Experience managing multiple projects from planning to completion.
• 3+ years of customer-facing experience supporting U.S.-based clients.
• 1+ year in Telecom, ISP, MSP, IT Services, Networking, or Low Voltage environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate vendors, carriers, subcontractors, and technical teams.
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ownership, follow-through, and ability to drive projects with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and technical service delivery.
• Experience using PM, ticketing, CRM, and collaboration tools.
• English level: C1; resume in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a team of Project Coordinators responsible for customer implementations and project delivery.
• Manage the full lifecycle of VoIP, ISP, and network deployments across multiple clients and locations.
• Provide direction, coaching, and accountability to Project Coordinators to ensure projects stay on track.
• Review project plans, timelines, milestones, and priorities, adjusting as needed for successful delivery.
• Lead cross-functional coordination between Project Coordinators, field technicians, provisioning, engineering, support, accounting, and sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
