Job summary

Jubilant Radiopharmacies is seeking a Project Manager to lead technology transfer projects for PET and SPECT products across our U.S. network.

This 24-month contract role combines strategic planning with hands-on coordination of cross-functional teams to ensure timely readiness of batches, documentation, and quality systems for new sites. You will partner with Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Business Development while ensuring compliance with FDA, cGMP, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or radiopharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with technology transfer, process validation, manufacturing scale-up, or related activities.
• Experience working in cGMP-regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of FDA regulations, FDA 211/212 requirements, and quality systems.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-site projects and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience in PET/SPECT radiopharmaceuticals, nuclear medicine, or specialty pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology transfer projects for PET and SPECT radiopharmaceutical products across the U.S. network.
• Serve as the primary customer contact and manage project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Business Development.
• Ensure readiness of batch records, SOPs, validation protocols, analytical methods, and other required documentation.
• Facilitate project meetings, customer updates, and leadership reviews.
• Support business development activities through feasibility assessments and site capability evaluations.
• Ensure projects are executed in compliance with FDA regulations, cGMP requirements, and company quality standards.
