Job summary

Jubilant Radiopharmacies, part of Jubilant Pharma Limited, is seeking a Quality lead for technology transfer across the PET manufacturing network in North America. This two-year contract role operates at the nexus of Quality, Operations, Validation and Technology Transfer, ensuring cGMP compliance and inspection readiness.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of pharmaceutical Quality experience, at least 3 years in sterile manufacturing, and hands-on involvement with technology transfer, regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical quality experience.
• Minimum 3 years supporting sterile manufacturing.
• Experience with technology transfer, commercial manufacturing, change management.
• Experience reviewing IQ/OQ/PQ, CSV, process validation, and method qualification.
• Experience with FDA inspections, investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and QRM.
• Strong knowledge of FDA Parts 212/211/11, ICH Q9, USP, GAMP 5, and cGMP.
• Radiopharmaceutical or PET manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Act as Quality representative for technology transfer across PET network.
• Review and approve Technology Transfer Plans, Change Controls, risk assessments, validation documents, and GMP records.
• Partner with Operations, Validation, and project teams for launches and site startups.
• Perform quality gap assessments between transferring and receiving sites.
• Facilitate Quality Risk Assessments (ICH Q9) with mitigation plans.
• Support manufacturing readiness activities: training, qualification, validation, documentation review.
• Review deviations, investigations, CAPAs related to technology transfer.
• Support customer audits and FDA inspections.
• Drive continuous improvement of quality systems and transfers.
