Job summary

Jubilant Radiopharma in Carlsbad, California is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy PET & SPECT to lead an integrated radiopharmacy operation that supports both PET and SPECT services. You will oversee manufacturing, pharmacy operations, quality, compliance, financial performance, customer partnerships, and team development, shaping strategy and ensuring regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in PET manufacturing and cyclotron operations (4+ years).
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Knowledge of FDA cGMP, NRC, and state Board requirements.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead PET manufacturing, cyclotron operations, production planning, and distribution.
• Drive safety, compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain regulatory readiness and lead audits and CAPA.
• Optimize schedules, inventory, and facility readiness.
• Partner with commercial teams to support growth and service.
• Mentor pharmacists, technicians, radiochemists, and operators.
• Oversee site financials, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
• Ensure ALARA and radiation safety standards.
