Job summary

Reliance Matrix is seeking a Project Manager to lead one or more moderately sized projects within Technology Operations, supporting the Retirement Services business. The role ensures delivery within scope, timeline, and budget while coordinating cross-functional teams and managing risks.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence and build relationships.
• Experience leading teams without direct authority.
• Strong business acumen.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio.
• Experience with MS Project or Azure DevOps and SharePoint.
