Reliance Standard Life Insurance Co. is seeking a Project Manager for Technology Operations to lead mid-size projects within the Retirement Services line.

The role focuses on delivering on time, within scope and budget, while coordinating with internal and external partners and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors in business, 3+ years PM experience, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence and build relationships.
• Experience leading teams without direct authority.
• Strong business acumen.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio.
• Experience with MS Project or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with SharePoint.

Responsabilidades

• Lead one or more moderately sized projects within Technology Operations for Retirement Services.
• Plan, manage, and execute projects with clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress and address risks, issues, and delays.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resources.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication and align to business case.
• Capture and translate business needs into requirements.
• Provide status reporting and transparency.
• Support PMO methodologies and continuous improvement.
