Job summary

Trilogy Federal is seeking a Project Manager Operations Lead to direct TAP field operations for the VA program across 300+ installations, with a workforce of 250-280 Benefits Advisors. The role emphasizes staffing, scheduling, and operational controls to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

The position is remote, with periods of travel to U.S. and overseas locations. A Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience are required; PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of relevant VA TAP operations or similar.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience managing nationwide field delivery across installations.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operational execution of TAP field delivery across 300+ installations.
• Maintain staffing coverage across permanent and itinerant locations, including continuity during vacancies.
• Coordinate regional/field leadership structures, personnel assignments, schedules, and priorities.
• Develop and issue operational directives, schedules, assignments, and guidance for government requirements.
• Monitor vacancies, onboarding, training status, and readiness; forecast staffing needs.
• Coordinate field travel and minimize unnecessary travel costs.
• Ensure timely event scheduling, reporting, and delivery of TAP services.
