Job summary

Tiello LLC is partnering with a Structural Steel Fabricator & Erector in the Augusta area to hire a Structural Steel Project Manager. You will oversee fabrication and erection, manage the full lifecycle, and coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years PM experience in structural steel, strong leadership and communication, proficiency in TEKLA EPM and Bluebeam, and a proven ability to deliver complex projects

Qualifications

• 5+ years PM experience in structural steel fabrication or related field.
• TEKLA EPM software is required.
• Blue Beam software knowledge is required.
• Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication processes, materials, and building codes.
• Proven track record of managing complex fabrication projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Proficient in project management software and construction management tools.

Tiello has partnered with a highly regarded Structural Steel Fabricator & Erector in the greater Augusta, GA area on the search for a Structural Steel Project Manager to join their growing team.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of structural steel fabrication and erection for construction projects. You will manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will also work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet all specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee structural steel fabrication and installation projects from start to finish.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Resolve any issues or obstacles that arise during the fabrication and installation phases.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, budget status, and timelines.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate with the project team to ensure successful project execution.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy in all project phases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
