Job summary

DEPCOM Power is seeking a Project Manager for the Southeast portfolio to lead utility-scale Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage, and Repowering projects from pre-construction through commissioning and closeout.

As a Project Manager, you will create long-term value by leading project teams that deliver safe, reliable, and profitable results, applying Principle Based Management to strengthen ownership and execution discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience managing EPC, industrial, infrastructure, utility-scale renewables or large-capital projects.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, cost, forecasting, risk, contracts, or customer commitments.
• Experience leading project teams, subcontractors, vendors, or cross-functional stakeholders.
• Valid US driver's license.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver safe, reliable, and profitable outcomes across scope, schedule, cost, quality, compliance, and customer expectations.
• Develop and execute project plans, forecasts, risk mitigation strategies, and phase-gate deliverables from pre-construction through commissioning and closeout.
• Apply economic thinking to evaluate cost, risk, schedule, and value tradeoffs while making timely decisions.
• Build and develop high-performing teams by setting clear expectations and coaching for contribution.
• Coordinate customers, subcontractors, vendors, utilities, consultants, and internal partners to support disciplined execution.
• Strengthen customer and stakeholder relationships by resolving challenges and honoring commitments.
