Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for Restaurant/Retail Construction to lead multi-site programs for major chains.

You will act as an owner’s representative, overseeing GC, designers, and vendors across multiple locations and deliver full programs from pre-construction to closeout. The role requires 7–10+ years in QSR/kitchen retail construction PM, ground-up experience preferred, and strong multi-site program management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year degree in an accredited construction related program or equivalent.
• 7-10+ years in QSR/Kitchen retail construction PM
• Ground Up construction experience preferred
• Strong understanding of multi-site program management
• Expertise in pre-construction, permitting, scheduling, and closeout

Responsibilities

• On-Site project management of construction activities
• Directs and coordinates the project team to stay on schedule and within budget
• Proactively communicates project issues with Senior PM, PM Executive, or Operations Director
• Examines construction docs, schedules, and scopes for completeness and accuracy
• Reviews bid results, specs, tests, and progress reports to gain project familiarity
• Confirms permitting requirements related to the project
• Manages and monitors field work
• Diligently manages change orders
• Prepares weekly status reports for projects
• Identifies and solves or elevates issues related to cost, schedule, safety, or quality
• Represents the company in project meetings
• Develops relationships with clients, subcontractors and vendors to develop new opportunities
