Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, a veteran-owned firm, seeks a Construction Manager to serve as owner’s representative for a global restaurant chain. You will lead projects across multiple locations, coordinating GC, designers, and vendors from pre-construction through closeout.

This hybrid role requires 50-80% travel to Denver and Salt Lake City projects, overseeing sites and programs, and delivering on aggressive schedules with a strong background in multi-site program management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year degree in an accredited construction program or equivalent.
• 7-10+ years in QSR/restaurant/multi-site retail construction project management.
• Ground-up construction experience is highly preferred/critical.
• Strong understanding of multi-site program management.
• Expertise in pre-construction, permitting, scheduling, and closeout.

Responsibilities

• On-site project management of construction activities.
• Directs and coordinates the activities of project team to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget.
• Proactively communicates project related issues with Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, or Operations Director.
• Examines construction documentation including drawings, schedules, and scopes for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepares and provides weekly status reports for projects.
