Job summary

Octave seeks a Project Manager to lead large-scale software implementations in the North America Public Safety division. You will oversee all aspects of delivery, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.

This remote US role is centered from Madison, AL, with responsibilities spanning communication, risk, and financials. Ideal candidates have PMI PMP certification and 5+ years of PM experience in complex software deployments, plus strong MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in a related field.
• PMI PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in large software implementations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison to customer PM partners and Octave stakeholders.
• Lead regular status meetings; own agendas, notes, and follow-ups.
• Track progress, issues, and documentation with project teams.
• Manage SOW alignment, LOEs, and overall project delivery.
• Escalate to PMO leadership to maintain schedule and budget.
• Present risks, successes, and needs during Risk Reviews.
