Job summary

i360technologies, Inc. seeks a Project Manager (Key Personnel) to lead the implementation of Oracle Projects and Oracle G-Invoicing within a federal FMSS environment. The role covers full project lifecycle from kickoff to hypercare in a remote setting hosted on AWS GovCloud.

You will govern schedules, risks, and deliverables while coordinating with the client program office and other FMSS contractors. A strong background in Oracle Federal Financials and project management is required.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required for all personnel.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Federal Financials.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience implementing Oracle Projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead kickoff and the full implementation lifecycle; develop the execution-ready Project Management Plan.
• Own and maintain the Project Management Plan, Risk Management Plan, and Implementation Schedule with updates.
• Coordinate client program office and FMSS contractors across changes, releases, testing, and configuration management.
• Oversee Oracle Projects configuration for project cost collection, labor and non-labor cost accounting, and invoicing processes.
• Oversee Oracle G-Invoicing configuration and Treasury integration testing.
• Manage training, production readiness, deployment, and hypercare.
