Job summary

i360technologies, Inc. is seeking an Oracle EBS Solution Architect to own the technical design and configuration of Oracle Projects and Oracle G-Invoicing within a federal FMSS.

The role is centralized in Reston, VA with a remote engagement scope, requiring strong architecture, configuration, and integration skills. Responsibilities include designing system architecture, configuring costing and billing, building cross-module integrations, implementing G-Invoicing, ensuring security, and guiding

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required for this contract.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Federal Financials.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience implementing Oracle Projects.
• Experience with system configuration, integration, architecture, and technical design.

Responsibilities

• Design the Oracle Projects and G-Invoicing system and integration architecture; translate requirements into technical designs, configuration approaches, interface specifications, and design documentation.
• Configure Oracle Projects for project costing, labor and non-labor costs, reimbursable agreements, project structures, task hierarchies, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Design and build integrations with General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, and related FMSS components; produce Oracle Projects Configuration Documentation.
• Implement Oracle G-Invoicing for Treasury servicing, including interagency agreements, order and performance transactions, IPAC settlement, Treasury interfaces, and Interface Control Documents.
• Configure solution security; support unit, system integration, UAT, and Treasury-interface testing; troubleshoot and resolve technical defects.
• Migrate configurations, integrations, data, open GT&Cs, and Orders to production; maintain audit evidence; provide hypercare; and coordinate changes, releases, decisions, and escalation using approved processes and tools.
