Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials now seeks a Project Manager to lead and coordinate Phase I–IV clinical trials from startup through closeout. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage internal and external stakeholders, and ensure timely, compliant delivery with high-quality standards while navigating global complexities.

The role is remote for US-based candidates with domestic and international travel as required.

Qualifications

• University or college degree in a life science discipline preferred.
• Minimum five years of clinical pharmaceutical industry experience with demonstrated competency in clinical project management.
• Strong knowledge of clinical project management processes and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver Phase I-IV trials from startup through closeout.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, external partners, and subcontractors for seamless execution.
• Develop and adjust project plans to meet timelines, quality, and budget requirements.
• Define resource needs and contingency plans with functional leaders.
• Identify risks, develop mitigations, and implement rescue plans as needed.
• Maintain communication with teams, leadership, and customers for alignment.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
• Ensure deliverables meet customer and contract expectations for quality, cost, and timelines.
