Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to successfully deliver Phase I-IV clinical trials from startup through closeout
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, external partners, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution
• Develop, implement, monitor, and adjust project plans to meet timelines, quality expectations, and budget requirements
• Partner with functional leaders to define resource needs and establish contingency plans for critical project resources
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement rescue plans when needed
• Drive effective communication with project teams, leadership, and customers to maintain alignment and transparency
• Foster a collaborative team environment that promotes accountability, problem-solving, and high performance
