Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management.
• Develop detailed project plans with internal costing, customer estimates, and timelines.
• Engage cross-functional teams and outside stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Monitor changes in scope with a risk management plan; implement contingency plans.
• Identify potential problems and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage internal and external project communications and reporting.
• Develop and monitor project budgets to ensure on-time delivery and margins/ROI.
• Mentor other PM team members when requested.
• Occasionally participate in brand and retail installs and reviews.
