Job summary

E Tech Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead project proposals, schedules, and budgets while ensuring client satisfaction across all phases. You will drive scope control, coordinate resources, and implement PMI-based methods in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3+ years of PM experience (or 5+ years in project engineering), strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years PM experience, or 5+ years in project engineering.
• Experience applying PMI-based standards.
• Proven leadership on complex projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage contracts and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development, scope, schedule and cost estimates for projects.
• Manage client communication across all project phases and teams.
• Develop project schedules, resource plans and procurement plans.
• Maintain scope and compliance with specifications and contracts; handle change orders.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, costs, and forecasts; control costs.
• Lead the project team and communicate progress to clients and executives.
• Familiarize with E Tech Group’s PMO tools and life cycle stages.
• Travel up to 25% and mentor others in PMI practices.
