Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a comprehensive project schedule, identifying dependencies and improvements.
• Maintain rigorous cost and contract control, including budgets, change requests, and reporting.
• Lead procurement and vendor management: develop SOWs and purchase orders; manage relationships.
• Conduct regular virtual project meetings with staff, vendors, and stakeholders to review progress.
• Ensure quality control and risk mitigation across all workstreams.
• Participate in or lead project intake and planning, including charters and scoping.
