• Maintain a single, current view of the fund launch plan across all workstreams and dependencies.
• Coordinate inputs from external advisers and internal leads to meet deadlines.
• Escalate risks and decisions to the sponsor when a path is blocked.
• Prepare structured updates and handover packages for ongoing transition.
