Job summary

900lbs, a tech-driven experience design agency in Dallas, seeks a mid-level Project Manager to own the full project lifecycle—from planning through final delivery. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams across cinematics, video, and interactive production in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of PM experience, a bachelor’s degree, exceptional communication, and a proactive, self‑driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, marketing, or media production.
• 3–5 years of PM experience in interactive, immersive, or mixed reality production.
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills.
• Local to the Dallas area and able to work onsite when required.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from intake to delivery, managing schedule, budget, and quality.
• Build and maintain project plans, Gantt charts, and client/internal schedules.
• Manage PM tools and dashboards to keep production organized.
• Drive stakeholder communication with weekly status reports and action items.
• Coordinate content production workflows across cinematics/video and interactive production.
• Monitor project health: labor costs, timelines, deliverables, risks.
• Manage external contractors to scale production.
• Synthesize meeting notes into organized tasks.
• Support internal initiatives and embody team values.
