This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing immersive visual solution projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring that scope, schedule, quality, and budget requirements are met. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating project timelines, managing resources and logistics, tracking deliverables, and facilitating communication among internal teams, vendors, and clients.

• Inspection and quality assurance skills to verify that project components and installations meet technical and performance standards.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with technical or AV/visual systems projects, immersive technologies, or related engineering environments is preferred.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or similar platforms).
• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
