Job summary

CalOptima Health seeks a Project Manager II to guide multiple small to medium projects within our Enterprise Project Management Office. You will shape project scope, schedules, resources, and risks, coordinating with providers, community partners, and stakeholders.

This role offers Full Telework within California; if partial telework is approved, you’ll come to the Orange, CA office at least two days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of project management experience with low to medium complexity.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and vendors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple small to medium projects including scope, schedule and resources.
• Create project charters, detailed plans and risk logs with stakeholder involvement.
• Monitor progress and report status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for project execution.
