Job summary

Network Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager II to lead technology projects from planning through delivery. You will develop and maintain project plans, coordinate resources (including vendors), and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to standards and best practices.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of progressive PM experience in tech or professional services, with CAPM certification required and PMP preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field required; equivalent combination accepted.
• CAPM certification required; PMP certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive project management experience in tech, engineering, or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and maintain project plans, timelines, objectives, and communications.
• Manage 3rd party and oversourcing resources.
• Oversee customer experience for each project.
• Ensure adherence to project standards and best practices.
• Monitor budgets, billing hours, and cost control.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and escalating as needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
• Provide updates to PMO and stakeholders on status and needs.
