Job summary

Comagine Health is seeking a Project Manager I to join our Data Solutions team. This remote role requires residency in the United States and offers exposure to healthcare and technology initiatives.

You will coordinate defined projects, manage documentation, and support client communications under guidance from senior staff. The role is ideal for an emerging PM looking to grow skills, work with clients, and contribute to meaningful health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–2 years of progressive experience in project coordination or project management.
• Experience in healthcare, public health, government, technology, or private sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage well-defined projects or project workstreams using established processes, tools, and templates.
• Coordinate project activities to support timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
• Collaborate with senior project managers and team members to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, status reports, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain RAID logs to track risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to project teams and leadership.
• Support project budgeting by tracking basic expenses and staff hours.
• Prepare meeting agendas and facilitate internal and client project meetings.
• Document decisions, track action items, and follow up to ensure completion.
• Support client communications by preparing updates and coordinating logistics.
• Participate in client-facing discussions and build effective working relationships.
• Identify and document risks, scope changes, issues, and potential barriers.
