Job summary

Comagine Health is seeking a Project Manager I to join our Data Solutions team. This remote role supports defined projects and client-facing activities under guidance from senior staff, coordinating tasks, meetings, and documentation.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in project coordination or PM, plus healthcare or public health exposure. You will manage schedules, RAID logs, budgets, and progress updates, while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of progressive project coordination or management experience.
• Experience in healthcare, public health, government, technology, or the private sector preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage well-defined projects or project workstreams using established processes, tools, and templates.
• Coordinate project activities to support timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
• Collaborate with senior project managers and team members to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, status reports, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain RAID logs to track risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to project teams and leadership.
• Support project budgeting by tracking basic expenses and staff hours.
• Monitor project expenditures and identify potential budget variances.
• Escalate financial or resource concerns to senior team members for review.
• Prepare meeting agendas and facilitate internal and client project meetings.
• Document decisions, track action items, and follow up to ensure completion.
• Support client communications by preparing updates, gathering information, and coordinating project logistics.
• Participate in client-facing discussions and build effective working relationships.
• Identify and document project risks, scope changes, issues, and potential barriers.
• Escalate project challenges to senior staff in a timely manner.
• Contribute to risk mitigation planning and problem-solving efforts.
