Job summary

Comagine Health is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager I to join our Data Solutions team. This role manages defined projects, coordinates activities, maintains documentation, and supports client-facing activities under supervision.

You will help plan schedules, track risks, manage meetings, and communicate with internal teams and external clients to keep projects on track. This opportunity is remote, with residency in Washington State, and offers growth in healthcare and technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 1–2 years of progressive experience in project coordination or project management.
• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, public health, government, technology, or the private sector.
• Master's degree (MA/MS) and CAPM/PMP are preferred.
• Experience in Regulatory Compliance and/or Auditing processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage well-defined projects or project workstreams using established processes, tools, and templates.
• Coordinate project activities to support timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
• Collaborate with senior project managers and team members to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, status reports, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain RAID logs to track risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to project teams and leadership.
• Support project budgeting by tracking basic expenses and staff hours.
• Monitor project expenditures and identify potential budget variances.
• Prepare meeting agendas and facilitate internal and client project meetings.
• Document decisions, track action items, and follow up to ensure completion.
• Support client communications by preparing updates, gathering information, and coordinating project logistics.
• Participate in client-facing discussions and build effective working relationships.
• Identify and document project risks, scope changes, issues, and potential barriers.
• Escalate project challenges to senior staff in a timely manner.
• Contribute to risk mitigation planning and problem-solving efforts.
