Job summary

SC Housing is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate agency-wide initiatives and support IT modernization projects. You will work with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors and leadership to keep programs on schedule and within scope.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and five years of PM experience, with knowledge of project management principles and governance. Telecommuting options are available with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field plus five years of full-time project management experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and directly related experience may be considered (one year of college equals one year of experience).

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and coordinate agency-wide project management activities.
• Support the full project lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including plans, timelines and reports.
• Coordinate tasks, milestones and schedules to ensure successful execution.
• Define scope, requirements, deliverables and timelines with stakeholders.
• Prepare and facilitate meetings and status reviews.
