Job summary

Healthier Generation, a national children's health nonprofit, seeks a relationship-focused professional to advance whole child health through partnerships with schools, districts, and community partners.

You will manage projects, coach partners, and report progress using CRM and Knowi, while promoting equity and program impact. This remote, full-time role offers salary 62,800–94,200 USD plus benefits and flexible schedule. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience working in schools, public health, out-of-school time, or other youth environments.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain a portfolio of strategic relationships to increase awareness of and engagement with Healthier Generation initiatives.
• Convene partners at local, state, and national levels to enhance collaboration on whole child health topics.
• Facilitate coaching, technical assistance, and capacity-building for partners on HG tools and best practices.
• Report progress and results through reporting procedures and grant updates, using CRM and Knowi.
• Support development of organizational initiatives and elevate engagement across health topics.
