Job summary

TFS HealthScience is seeking a Project Manager to lead dermatology clinical trials, from start-up to close-out, as the primary sponsor contact and cross-functional leader.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards. This role supports business development and requires strong leadership and remote collaboration from a United States base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Clinical Project Manager within clinical research.
• At least 2–3 years of dermatology clinical trial experience.
• Prior CRO experience strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing study budgets, timelines, and client relationships.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
• Must be based in the United States; West Coast location preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage clinical studies from start-up through close-out.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate activities across departments.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered in compliance with applicable regulations, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Support business development activities, including proposals and bid defenses as needed.
• Provide regular project updates and financial forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
