Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a remote project management coordinator for a contract manufacturing environment within Nuclear & Precision Health Solutions PET. The role requires aligning the remote location with a Cardinal Health nuclear manufacturing facility and coordinating across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Legal to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in scientific/technical field or equivalent experience.
• 4-8 years experience in regulated medical/pharma settings.
• 2-4 years of proven PM experience with on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with PM software and Excel.
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with external clients/partners in PM.
• Understanding of data analytics/reporting for advertising performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple sponsored product projects from conception through launch and post-launch analysis.
• Serve as primary liaison between internal teams and external sponsors to ensure clear communication and aligned expectations.
• Collaborate with Product and Sales to define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Develop and manage detailed plans, schedules, budgets; identify and mitigate risks.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration; keep all parties informed and accountable.
• Identify opportunities to optimize PM processes, tools, and practices.
• Track progress, report milestones, and conduct post-mortems for lessons learned.
• Ensure deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with brand/technical specs.
